淮河上游信阳段暴雨洪涝灾害特征与成因分析

摘要
Abstract
The upper reaches of Huaihe river in Xinyang section is located in the southern mountainous area of Henan.There are many rainstorms and flood disasters in the river basin,and the damage is serious.The characteristics of the rainstorm and flood disasters in the river basin are as follows:the type is diversified and overlapping;the time is frequent and continuous;the spatial distribution is regional and differences;the process is symbiosis and amplificative. The causes are that the upper reaches of Huaihe river in Xinyang section have the objective conditions which lead to the rainstorm and flood disasters in rainstorm, landforms, river system,and human activities etc.关键词
