河南省创业板上市公司融资结构优化研究
Discussion on Characteristics and Suggestions of the Henan Enterprises Finance on GEM Listing
摘要
Abstract
By analysis on financial structure of eight enterprises in Henan province listing on the GEM , we have found out some charac-teristics of big external financing ratio , low asset-liability ratio, small financial risk, conservative financing strategy and underused fi-nancial funds .In order to improve the efficiency of financial funds and enhance the yield ratio of the funds , the government should im-prove the bond market , encourage enterprises to increase research investment and internal financing ratio , strengthen the service of rel-evant institutions , hold moderate debt while also strengthen the regulation on the use of enterprise funds .关键词
