我国公立大学章程存在的问题及完善对策分析OACHSSCD
A Study of the Problems Existing in Public University Statute and Perfect Countermeasures in China
大学章程被誉为大学的“宪法”，近年来，理论界和教育主管部门已经意识到大学章程的重要性。然而，中国现行的公立大学章程在法律效力、制定程序、文本内容、监督机制等方面存在诸多问题。建议通过提升大学章程的法律效力，将制定程序纳入立法程序中，文本内容具体化、特色化，建立专门独立的监督机构执行监督等措施来完善大学章程。
