Relationship between Perceived Supervisor Support, Professional Identity and Subjective Well-being among the Knowledge Employee

Abstract
To explore the relationship between perceived supervisor support , professional identity and subjective well-being, and the mediation of professional identity between the perceived supervisor support and subjective well -being.Taking a total of 300 knowledge employee as respondents with the convenient sampling , perceived supervisor support scale , professional identity scale and subjective well-being scale were used in the research , and the data was dealt with structure equation modeling .Result:(1)Perceived supervisor support had a positive significant effect on the subjective well-being among the knowledge employee (b=0.86, P<0.001);(2)Pro-fessional identity played a partial mediation between the perceived supervisor support and subjective well -being (a=0.73, P<0.001, b=0.63, P<0.001 c'=0.46, P<0.001), and the mediation accounted for 53.5% of the total effect.Conclusion:It could improve the subjective well-being among the knowledge employee to increase their perceived supervisor support for managers , and this effect was partial realized through the professional identity .关键词
