摘要

Abstract

The national training project for rural preschool teachers was enacted by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance since 2011.The disharmonious phenomena between training time and contents ,theoretical studies and practice demand ,city culture and rural culture were highlighted in the training practice .Therefore ,the strategy of learning community cultivation with the characteristics of consultation , conversation and communication was introduced , and the logic of the cultivation was also explored in the training prac-tice.
