外语专业人才培养对策研究--河南省高校外语人才培养调查与分析
On Strategies of Foreign Language Professional Talents Cultivation for Regional Economy
摘要
Abstract
Through a current situation survey of Foreign Language professional Talents cultivation in Henan, the team found that the layout of foreign languages in Henan is not arranged as a whole;practical courses and the related knowledge course are inadequate in course design;teachers are lacking of the related knowledge and advanced teaching ideas;teaching evaluation is simple and backward;the foreign language professionals is not qualified.Therefore, the following strategies are proposed:careful planning and Inter-disciplina-ry talent training are needed;Optimizing the curriculum system to cultivate practical foreign language talents with foreign Language plus Specialty dual skills;Strengthening the foreign language teacher training with relevant professional knowledge and introducing relevant professional foreign teachers;advocating the development teaching evaluation.关键词
