Discussion on the Differences between Impartiality and Fairness, Equality, Justice
摘要
Abstract
There are some similarities and differences between impartiality and fairness , equality, justice, among which the difference between impartiality and fair is a positive concept .It is the ideal value that it is wished we have such social policies or system design , while fairness means the same standards when we measure things , containing strong practicability .The difference between impartiality and fairness is that impartiality has a wider scope and positive means , while fairness means the same level about right , position and ob-ligation.There are some negative effects when we use fairness in an improper way .The difference between impartiality and justice is that justice emphasizes on the value about morality , while impartiality stresses on the means about politics and society .The relationship of them is a kind of species , impartiality is a distinctive form of justice , a justice that all people admit .关键词
