河南省农村信用社发展面临的问题与对策OACHSSCD
On Deepening Reform of Rural Credit Cooperatives in Henan Province
在农村金融市场，河南省农村信用社承担着为广大农村经济发展提供金融服务纽带的作用。农村信用社的改革虽然取得了一定的成就，但是依然面临着许多现实问题，诸如思想观念陈旧、增资扩股不规范、“两虚”现象严重、多元目标矛盾冲突、抵御风险能力不强、缺乏软实力建设，等等。深化农村信用社改革应该从转变思想观念、增资扩股规范化、完善产权制度和法人治理结构、选择适合信用社发展的目标模式、提高金融科技水平和员工综合素质、加强企业文化制度建设等方面着手。
