Analysis on China's Economical and Intensive Utilization Rural-Land System Innovation in the Perspective of Ecological Civilization
摘要
Abstract
The economical and intensive utilization of land contains the concept of ecological civilization, which appears symbiotic bal-ance and fair connotation of the ecological civilization.There has gradually achieved certain results on China's policies of economical and intensive rural land utilization since 1978.But because of the existence of rural land utilization system and root barriers, rural land utilization encounter such problems as the waste of rural land resources, land market lagging and ecological environment degradation in the reality.Now, a set of systems need to be built, ensuring the sustainability of economical and intensive utilization of land, to estab-lish the ecological ethics idea, set up a sound system of red land ecological protection, agricultural support and protection system and the system of land property rights from the perspective of social ecological system.关键词
