子宫恶性中胚叶混合瘤二例报告

摘要
Abstract
Malignant mesodermal mixed tumor (MMMT)is rare. This article reported two postmeno-pausal women with MMMT. One patient was hospitalized for irregular vaginal bleeding. She was preliminarily diagnosed with uterine fibroids and endometrial cancer by initial ultrasound. Another patient was hospitalized for pelvic mass postoperatively and preliminarily diagnosed with recurrent ovarian cancer. Two patients were eventually diagnosed with MMMT by pathological examination. The diagnosis and treatment of these two cases prompt that MMMT is characterized by non-specific clinical manifestations. Hence,the diagnosis of MMMT is easily mistaken and neglected. History,clinical symptoms and imaging examination of patients contribute to identifying lesions,but the final diagnosis of MMMT depends on pathological examination.关键词
