原发性三叉神经痛基因治疗的实验研究进展
Research progress in gene therapy of primary trigeminal neuralgia
摘要
Abstract
Primarytrigeminalneuralgiaseverelyaffectsthepatients'health.Currently,noeffective therapy for primary trigeminal neuralgia has been determined because the underlying pathogenesis remains elu-sive. Major clinical treatments available for primary trigeminal neuralgia include drug therapy,surgical ap-proach,radiotherapy,traditional Chinese medicine therapy,gene therapy,etc. These options have respective advantages and disadvantages. Gene therapy as a promising approach is becoming a research focus. Here,we reviewed recent progresses regarding the principle,technique and main contents of gene therapy against primary trigeminal neuralgia.关键词
