腹腔镜手术治疗盆腔黏连性不孕症的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective Toevaluatetheclinicalefficacyoflaparoscopicsurgeryinthetreatmentof pelvicadhesion-relatedinfertility.Methods Atotalof80caseswithpelvicadhesion-relatedinfertilityunder-going laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed in this clinical trial. All participants were classified into mild,moderate,severe and extremely severe groups based upon the severity of pelvic adhe-sion. The rate of tubal patency and postoperative pregnancy rate were statistically assessed and compared among allgroups.Results Theratesoftubalpatencyweresignificantlyimprovedafterlaparoscopicsurgeryinall groups (all P<0.05 ). The intrauterine pregnancy rates in the mild,moderate,severe and extremely severe groups reached 64%,59%,33% and 20% after laparoscopic surgery,respectively. The pregnancy rates in the mild and moderate groups were significantly higher compared with those in the other two groups. Among 37 pregnant women,24 (30%)were pregnant within postoperative 6 months,1 2 (1 5%)at 7-1 2 postoperative monthsand1(1%)at1yearpostoperatively.Conclusion Laparoscopicsurgeryisasafeandefficacious therapy for infertility caused by mild and moderate degree of pelvic adhesion. Postoperative 1 year is the golden time for pregnancy.关键词
