抗核糖体P蛋白抗体与神经精神狼疮的相关性分析

Abstract
Objective Toinvestigatetherelationshipbetweenanti-ribosomalPproteinantibodies (ARPA)andneuropsychiatricsystemiclupuserythematosus(NPSLE).Methods SerumARPAwasdetected by ICONS blot and compared in 41 NPSLE patients and 400 non-neuropsychiatric lupus (nSLE)couterparts.The association between ARPA and other autoantibodies was analyzed. A total of 90 anti-P-positive systemic lu-pus erythematosus patients were divided into two groups:52 subjects in the active treatment group received glu-cocorticoid combined with cyclophosphamide and 38 in the control group were treated with glucocorticoid alone.The follow-up endured for half a year to 1 year. The incidence of NPSLE in nSLE patients was statistically com-paredbetweentwogroups.Results ThepositiverateofARPAinNPSLEpatientswas51.2%,significantly higher than 1 7.3%in nSLE counterparts (P<0.05 ). The positive rate of ARPA was positively correlated with those of anti-dsDNA,anti-nRNP,anti-Sm and anti-SSA antibodies (P<0.05 or 0.01 ). The incidence of NPSLE in the active treatment group was 4%,significantly lower than 50% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions ThepresenceofARPAisassociatedwithNPSLE.Combinedtherapyofglucocorticoidandcyclo-phosphamide is efficacious in reducing the incidence of NPSLE in patients with.positive ARPA.关键词
