术前血浆瘦素水平与胃癌BMI及术后病理分期相关性研究

Abstract
Objective Currentstudywasconductedtoinvestigatethecorrelationbetweenpreopera-tive serum level of leptin and pathological stage and body mass index (BMI)in patients with gastric cancer.Methods Onehundredandthirtypatientsdiagnosedasprimarygastriccancerand40healthysubjectswere assigned into the gastric cancer and control groups. Nutritional condition,BMI and serum level of leptin were statistically compared between two groups. Spearman rank correlation test was performed to evaluate the correla-tion between preoperative serum level of leptin and BMI and postoperative pathological stage in patients with gastriccancer.Results BMIwassimilarbetweentwogroups.However,nutritionalindexessuchasalbumin, transferrin,prealbumin,cholesterol and hemoglobin levels in gastric cancer group were significantly lower than those of the control group (all P<0.05 ). Serum level of leptin was significantly higher in gastric cancer group compared with that in the control group (P<0.05 ). Spearman rank correlation test revealed that serum level of leptin was negatively correlated with BMI with a correlation coefficient of -0.536 (P<0.05 ),whereas was positively correlated with pathological stage with a correlation coefficient of 0.558 (P<0.05). Conclusion Preoperativeserumlevelofleptiniscorrelatedwithpathologicalstageandnutritionalstatusofpatientswithgas-tric cancer. Preoperative measurement of serum leptin level is help to evaluate the prognosis of gastric cancer.关键词
