摘要
Abstract
Thepathogenesisofeosinophiliaisdiverse.Thecausesofreactivehypereosinophiliain-cluded allergic response,infection,connective tissue diseases,malignant tumors,eosinophilic gastroenteritis and respiratory system diseases,etc. Eosinophilia could cause blood hypercoagulable state,leading to cerebral infarction,myocardial infarction and lower limb venous thrombosis. In this report,the diagnosis and treatment of one patient with reactive eosinophilia complicated with multiple cerebral infarction were summarized. The pa-tient had a allergic history of seafood. He presented with persistent eosinophilia along with multiple cerebral in-farction and left lower limb venous thrombosis after eating seafood. The symptoms were alleviated and the patient's condition was stabilized after corresponding treatment. Regarding the diverse etiologies of eosinophilia, different clinical manifestations and multiple complications,an early definite diagnosis and effective treatment are extremely pivotal.关键词
