后腹腔镜一层解剖性肾上腺切除术85例临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore surgical procedures and clinical efficacy of anatomical retroperito-neoscopic adrenalectomy. Methods Eighty-five patients with adrenal hyperplasia or adenoma underwent ana-tomical retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy and the surgical efficacy was observed. Results All 85 patients successfully underwent the surgery. The average operative time was 80 min (range:60~120). The average a-mount of intraoperative blood loss was 30 ml (range:20~50). No severe intraoperative complications,such as visceral injury and air embolism were observed. Six patients (7%)suffered from postoperative subcutaneous emphysema or incision infection. The mean length of hospital stay was 8 d. Postoperative follow-up ranged from 3 to 24 months,10 months on average. In all cases,the symptoms were recovered or alleviated. No recurrent cases were found. Conclusions Anatomical retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy could simplify the anatomical procedures and yield slight intraoperative injuries and few postoperative complications.关键词
