Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression levels and clinical significance of Ki-67,P53 and CyclinD1 in patients with small intestine adenocarcinoma.Methods The expression levels of Ki-67,P53 and CyclinD1 in tumor tissue from 84 small intestine adenocarcinoma patients with different degree of tumor dif-ferentiation,ages and gender were examined with SP,and normal intestinal tissues from 10 healthy individuals were used as control.Results Ki-67,P53 and CyclinD1 were not expressed in normal small intestinal tis-sues,whereas the expression levels of Ki-67,P53 and CyclinD1 in small intestine adenocarcinoma samples were significantly elevated along with the declining degree of tumor differentiation with statistical significance a-mong the high-,moderate-and low-differentiation groups(all P <0.05).Ki-67,P53 and CyclinD1 were ex-pressed at a moderate intensity in a majority of small intestine adenocarcinoma samples.The expression of Ki-67, P53 and CyclinD1 did not significantly differ in terms of gender and age(both P >0.05).Conclusion Ki-67, P53 and CyclinD1 may provide guidance for evaluating the malignancy of small intestine adenocarcinoma.关键词
