摘要
Abstract
Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)is manifested as specific gastrointesti-nal tract inflammation,mainly including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.The exact etiol-ogy of IBD remains unclear,probably associated with environment,heredity,immunity and in-fection,etc.Recent studies have demonstrated that vitamin D deficiency is probably correlated with the incidence of IBD.The combination of vitamin D and vitamin D receptor can affect in-nate and adaptive immunity through altering intestinal mucosal barrier,thereby exerting an effect upon the incidence and development of IBD.This article briefly reviews the association between vitamin D and IBD.关键词
