摘要
Abstract
T he nation-state is the "typical normal form of state in capitalist period" Its construction contains five essential elements :the premise element of independent sovereign ;the core element of national unity ;the essential element of state-shaping ;the key element of centralized government ;the value element of democratic orientation .On the premise of independent sovereignty ,to seek and handle the balance among the four elements of "people-state-nation-government"is the most important part in building and consolida-ting the nation-state .关键词
