Efficient Markets,Capable Firms and Promising Government:Thinking From Coase Theorem
摘要
Abstract
The government in the market economy could neither be in a state of inertia as Neoliberalism advocates ,nor be ambitious as some of jurists and economists claim that caring only for profits and efficien‐cy .It should do something by the rule of law rather than act blindly out of the law .Inspired by the Coase Theorem ,we can understand the nature of the firm afresh and re‐recognize the economic effect of govern‐ment .Therefore ,this paper proposes eight aspects ,some proposals and countermeasures for the govern‐ment's promising activities which are beneficial not only for understanding the firm de novo ,but also for the comprehension and recognition of government's appropriate role in the market economy .关键词
