基于Moldflow汽车油箱法兰注塑模CAE分析
CAE Analysis of Injection Mold of Automobile Fuel Tank Flange Based on Moldflow
摘要
Abstract
T his paper took the injection mold of automobile fuel tank flange as an example to analyze its CAE production process via Moldflow software .Injection molding gate and cooling systems were de-signed to determine the processing parameters according to the structural characteristics of the products . After the simulation was completed ,the filling time ,the clamping force and the maximum injection pressure were checked in order to select the appropriate molding machine .Some major defects such as air traps , weld lines ,warpage etc were found and the corresponding measures such as drying the raw materials ,im-proving the mold temperature were applied according to the analysis results to make the injection process reasonable .T his design shortened the development cycle and made it more reliable .关键词
