4032铝合金销轴热挤压成形过程的有限元分析
The Finite Element Analysis of 4032 Aluminum Alloy in the Hot Extrusion Process
摘要
Abstract
Based on DEFORM-3D finite element analysis software ,using the rigid viscoplastic finite el-ement simulation technology ,the deformation behavior of 4032 Aluminum during hot extrusion was simula-ted and analyzed to obtain the metal flow ,squeezing load ,equivalent strain and the internal temperature variation and other related fields blank amount .The results showed that :during hot extrusion ,the flow rate of metal in the central of the billet was faster than that in the surface .The internal deformation of billet could be divided into four regions :none deformation zone ,deforming zone ,deformed zone and dead zone .Se-vere plastic deformation was imposed on the billet when it passed through the dead zone ,causing the rapid increase of load and local temperature as well as the maximum strain gradient .关键词
