摘要

Abstract

Hot rolled high manganese steel of Mn13 was selected as the testing material in this paper . The impact abrasive wear properties of this steel under the different impact energies were studied in the ex‐perimental machine of dynamic load abrasion tester MLD‐10 .XRD and SEM were used to investigate the structural transformation and wear mechanism of Mn13 steel .The results showed that the wear loss and wear rate decrease obviously with the increasing of impact energy .Work hardening capacity and amount of martensite transformation in hardening layer of impact wear improved with the increase of impact energy . The main cause of work hardening was the martensite transformation .The wear failure forms of Mn13 steel plate were the plastic deformation accumulation and drilling holes .There existed some plowing fail‐ures in the local wear area .The wear mechanism was mainly dominated by the fatigue fracture due to plas‐tic deformation .
