摘要

Abstract

Taking nylon tubing bracket as an example ,this paper introduced the application of Pro/E and Moldflow software in injection mold design on the basis of practical requirements and structural fea‐tures .The Pro/E software was used to complete the 3D modeling process throughout which the sub‐sur‐face ,cavity layout ,gating system ,exhaust system and cooling system were discussed in detail .The Mold‐flow software was used for simulation analysis on the structure of the designed mold to set such parameters as injection pressure ,clamping force and injection temperature in guiding the practical production ,and to discover and resolve the molding defects which may arise .The test result showed that the mold can meet the accuracy requirements of mass production with anticipated economic profit .
