还原氧化石墨烯纸的制备及其性能对比
Preparation and Property Contrast of Reduced Graphene Oxide Papers
摘要
Abstract
The highly dispersive graphene oxide solution was synthesized via the modified Hummers method ,and was further transferred into reduced graphene oxide papers with thickness of 1~10 um by u‐sing reduction‐filtration and filtration‐reduction strategies .Such measurements as X‐ray diffraction ,Fou‐rier‐transform infrared spectroscopy ,Raman spectroscopy ,thermogravimetry ,scanning electronic microsco‐py ,and electric conductivity were applied to characterize the structure and properties of the prepared mate‐rials .The effect sequence of the experimental factors on the reduced graphene oxide paper was arranged through the orthogonal experiments ,and the optimal condition was thus formulated .The reduced graphene oxide paper acquired from hydrazine solution reduction with satisfactory electric conductivity was uniform and highly flexible ,while the one from high‐thermal annealing with the highest conductivity however pres‐ented the poorest flexibility .关键词
