SWCr8热轧板表面裂纹原因分析
Analysis of Surface-cracks of SWCr8 Hot-rolling Plate
摘要
Abstract
The surface cracks of SWCr8 plate were found during the hot‐rolling process .The typical de‐fect plate sample was selected to study by means of microscopy ,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis .The results showed that the surface crack of SWCr8 hot‐rolling plate was caused by the surface or sub‐surface cracks of the continuous casting slab ,slag entrapment defects and the stress cracks induced by low hot charging temperature .关键词
