造纸法再造烟叶废水的臭氧氧化法预处理
Ozone Oxidation Pretreatment of Wastewater from Paper-making Process Reconstituted Tobacco Production

Abstract
In order to explore an effective means for eliminating organic pollutants in wastewater from paper-making process reconstituted tobacco (RT) production, an ozone oxidation method was used for pretreating the water discharged from secondary biological treatment of wastewater from RT production, and the influences of pH, temperature, reaction time, ozone concentration and initial CODCr of wastewater on the pretreatment effect were investigated. The results showed that: 1) The CODCr removal rate of wastewater reached 77.36% at the conditions of pH 8.0, temperature 30 ℃, ozone concentration 36.60 mg/L, initial CODCr of wastewater 641 mg/L and reaction time 90 minutes. 2) Ozone treatment effectively degraded the chromophore and auxochrome, such as carbonyl and hydroxyl groups, in wastewater, and the chroma removal rate of wastewater reached 99%. 3) The BOD5/CODCr in wastewater increased from 0.46 to 0.72 after ozone oxidation for 60 minutes, which indicated that the biodegradability of wastewater was significantly improved; it was helpful to the degradation of organic pollutants in wastewater by subsequent biological treatments.关键词
