Evaluation Indicators Screening Model and Empirical of Green Industry Based on the Information Significance Difference

Abstract
According to the generalized green industry connotation , it uses information significance difference a-nalysis and information redundancy analysis to screen the indicators quantitatively , and establishes the green in-dustry evaluation indicators system of Dalian , which include three guidelines , the green production , the green consumption and the green environment .The innovation is that :First, it uses information significance analysis to eliminate the indicators of smaller load factor and weak effect on green industry evaluation results , then uses information redundancy analysis to delete the indicators of information duplication by means of the difference of correlation coefficient size for indicators .It overcomes the disadvantage of current study using correlation analysis to eliminate index of information duplication , and using difference of load factor size to screen the more important indicators.Actually, the higher correlation among indexes is a necessary prerequisite to calculate the load factor . Therefore, it can not analyse correlation to reduce the correlation of indicators before using the load factor to screen.Second, it differentiates and analyses the actual meaning of the experience of the expert and only analy -ses correlation of indexes of information which may be repeated , deletes the weaker indicators of reflecting the guideline information ability in higher correlation coefficient indicators .And it overcomes the disadvantage that it can't only measure the information duplication of indexes by correlation coefficient accurately .The result indi-cates that the final indicator system has used 25.68%of initial indicators to reflect 97.09%of original informa-tion .Moreover , contrasted with the similar indicators system , it analyses the rationality of green industry evalua-tion indicators system of Dalian .关键词
