剔除环境因素影响的中国工业企业技术创新效率评价研究
Evaluation of Industrial Enterprise’ s Innovation Efficiency in China Excluding the Influence of Environment Variables
摘要
Abstract
Considering the existing researches in calculation of industrial enterprise 's innovation efficiency ignore the influence of external environment variables , this paper uses the adjusted DEA model based on TOPSIS meth-od which can exclude the influence of environment variables to investigate the industrial enterprise ’ s innovation efficiency in China in 2010 .The results indicate , the industrial enterprise ’ s innovation efficiency in China has been affected by environment variables such as the economy development level , FDI, government inventive poli-cies, market structure and ownership structure .Considering the industrial enterprise ’ s innovation efficiency and R&D input, the authors divide 30 provinces in China into four types:high efficiency and high input , high effi-ciency and low input , low efficiency and high input as well as low efficiency and low input , and put forward some countermeasures for the different types .关键词
