Abstract
By analyzing the shortage of earned value method commonly used in traditional waterfall model of software project management, the Scrum method of agile development is introduced into the project practice to solve the problems in order to better carry out the software project management and improve development efficiency, which achieves to control the project progress and product quality.关键词
