Abstract
With the rapid development of mobile broad band (MBB) networks, the telecom operators should consider more and more factors in the construction, operation, maintenance and development of mobile networks. They should found region and cell multidimensional valued models. Through the dimension analysis for the factors affecting network value, the selection and decision methods of valued model are given and the valued regions are divided. In addition, the applications for valued regions are introduced and typical cases are analyzed.关键词
