Abstract
How to perceive the true usage of users and make an objective evaluation of 3G mobile network quality based on user perception is a topic worthy of further study and research. The correlation between the user perception and network indexes and the sensitivity factors of user perception are analyzed. The correlation size between main network performance indexes and user perception is obtained by minimum variance algorithm. In conclusion, the user perception is less correlated with coverage and more correlated with network load and continuation in a more mature commercial network.关键词
