Abstract
In the light of the importance of spectrum to business development in 3G network construction, it is pointed out that the lack of high-quality spectrum below 1GHz in China is disadvantageous to LTE business development. In view of the experiences abroad on 700MHz LTE network application and domestic analog-to-digital telecast conversion, the corresponding suggestions and solutions to promote 700MHz LTE network deployment in China are presented.关键词
