A Carrier-Level IPv4 & IPv6 Inter-Communication Gateway Architecture Design Based on ATCA
摘要
Abstract
IPv6 is replacing IPv4 as the core protocol in next generation Internet. However, there is a foreseeable long period of IPv6/IPv4 co-existence. In such a transition period, inter-communication gateway supporting different transition schemes is the key device which guarantees IPv6/IPv4 inter-communications. This paper first focuses on existing problems in current transition devices, and then elaborates the proposed inter-communication gateway architecture, followed by future research suggestions.关键词
