Abstract
This paper mainly focuses on the network architecture and typical application scenarios of self-organizing network (SON) which is featured by independent management function. Specifically, the selection of independent management system architecture and the interface design between SON and network management are considered in depth. Typical application scenarios are the generalization and abstraction which best present the features of IMT-Advanced system and the effect of SON.关键词
