摘要
Abstract
Based on the establishment of mobile data service evaluation system, a comprehensive evaluation model combined entropy weight with grey relational analysis is introduced. Entropy weight is a kind of objective weighting method, which has higher accuracy compared with those of subjective evaluation. Grey relational analysis can be applied to quantify qualitative information to reduce the influence of subjective factors. The combination of both methods fully utilizes the information of each indicator to improve the accuracy of evaluation conclusions. Finally, the effectiveness and the applicability of the model are validated through practical case.关键词
