Abstract
Fulifllment process of telecom service is the key factor to affect user’s perception. The service fulifllment status of operators was analyzed and a service quality management platform of service fulifllment was designed. Accordingly, the transparent display of telecom service fulfillment process is completed in mobile phone. The platform has referential signiifcance and value to Internet transformation for operators.关键词
