摘要
Abstract
The water nozzles in the primary dedusting system of the 150 t converter had high spray rate while the water supply pressure was low and the nozzles were often clogged, leading to blind spots in dedusting and poor dedusting performance with the chimney giving out yellow and black smoke, which seriously affected the environment. Moreover, with heavy water consumption the water pump for gas scrubbing would operate under overload con-dition, resulting in high energy consumption and low efficiency. These problems were studied and improvement measures have been adopted.关键词
