Abstract
The basic configuration of electrical drive system, basic automation system and industrial network communication software and hardware in the storage yard of Masteel 1580 hot-rolled slabs is introduced. In the absence of a dedicated real-time speed measuring device to measure the running speed of slabs, a slab automatic positioning system by using PLC program design combined with cold metal detector (CMD) signal and transmission speed feedback was accomplished.关键词
