摘要

Abstract

Measurement deviations caused by steel rolling, steel slag and the mirror effect of molten steel surface in RH furnace steel temperature monitoring is inevitable. Through research on the key techniques such as the design of some crucial parameters, selection of sampling area, revision of gray value and establishment of temperature model, actual steel temperature was accurately obtained and temperature curve was drawn, to improve the accuracy and consistency of steel temperature measurements and promote realization of precision and scientific steelmaking.
