Abstract
To reduce the pollution of waste hydrochloric acid to the environment, a re-covery system for waste hydrochloric acid from steel pickling was successfully developed in accordance with the composition of the waste acid. The system is consisted of a spray baking furnace, heat exchange tower, multiple absorption tower for HCL gas and multiple-stage purifi-cation tower for waste gas, as well as auxiliary devices such as filter, swirling deduster, acid-resistance pump, clean water pump, draft fan and storage tank. Application of the system has achieved the goal of environment protection as well as economic benefit.关键词
