对安钢烧结余热利用的生产实践进行了总结，介绍了安钢两套烧结机余热发电机组的建设、运行情况，并对机组发电情况进行了比对，分析了烧结机机尾余热锅炉和液密封环冷机对发电效果的影响，指出了当前安钢烧结余热利用生产暴露出的问题和存在的不足，并提出了解决办法和改进措施。
