摘要

Abstract

Through analysis of the causes of high turbine flow resistance and high tem-perature of thrust bearing shoes, it was found that the main cause had been serious scaling in the flow section, which reduced the circulation area and in turn decreased the work ca-pacity of steam turbine preventing the unit from boosting to rated load. The causes of salt deposit in the flow section were also analyzed and studied and a flushing plan was drawn up, to reduce the resistance in the unit flow passages, lower the temperature of the thrust shoes and improve the safety and economy of the generating unit.
