Energy Saving and Capacity Expansion Transformation of a 35 t/h Boiler
结合站内设备及煤气现状，提出了将35 t/h锅炉扩容改造为75 t/h全燃煤气锅炉，以达到减少高炉煤气放散、提高热力发电量和系统效率、进一步增加煤气在热力系统的使用量的目的。
Based on the actual equipment and gas condition of the station, a proposal of expanding the 35 t/h boiler to a 75 t/h fully gas-fired boiler was put forward, to reduce the gas release loss of blast furnace, improve the efficiency of thermal power generation as well as the system, reduce fuel consumption of the system and further increase the rate of gas use in thermal generating system.
