摘要

Abstract

The HG-220/9.8-MQ13 boiler of Hongsheng Company had the problem of wear of the primary air nozzle and high content of flammables in fly-ash. Causes of the problem were analyzed and modification measures for the pulverized coal burner were put forward. After implementation of the modification measures the nozzle wear problem was solved, flammables content in fly-ash was lowered and boiler efficiency was improved. As a result, the boiler had no slag bonding with 30% of high volatile coal blending combustion under rated load, saving CNY 1.9324 million annually.
