针对宁钢1#烧结烧结产能降低后，环冷余热锅炉效率降低原因进行分析，提出了改进环冷密封与保温的措施，提高了风温和锅炉出力，取得了较好效果。
The reasons for the efficiency decline of the circular cooler waste heat boiler after production capacity reduction of the No.1 sintering plant of Ningbo Steel were analyzed;measures to improve the sealing and temperature conservation of the circular cooler were put forward, which have increased the air temperature and boiler output and achieved good effect.
