Abstract
The chemical water treatment system using primary desalting + mixed bed process in Masteel’s New Area had suffered excessive consumption of regenerated acid and alkali in the anion and cation exchanger since operation start. Beginning with various factors possibly affecting the regeneration performance of the anion and cation exchanger and through field inspection and consulting relevant data, the problem of “poor coordination of regenera-tion process parameters”was finally pinpointed. To solve the problem, the measure of“opti-mizing the regeneration process of ion exchanger with orthogonal method”was taken to deter-mine the optimal program of the regeneration process parameters, which has greatly reduced the consumption of regenerated acid and alkali in the anion and cation exchanger and achieved significant emission reduction.关键词
