摘要

Abstract

The function and requirement of synchronous clock timing system in intelli-gent transformer substations are described. Some common time-setting methods for substations are introduced; and combining with the respective characteristics of these methods and through case analysis, some defects in the aspects of unified reference clock system provided by the clock devices of various systems in a substation are pointed out and an optimizing plan is proposed.
