Prognosis of Sandstone Hosted Uranium Deposit in Southern Ordos Basin
摘要
Abstract
Ordos basin is an important U producing basin in northern China.Geological work for sandG stone hosted uranium deposits is relatively weak in the southern area of Ordos basin.In this paper,eleG ments for uranium prognosis in southern Ordos have been summarized in aspects of uranium sources,geG ological structures,sedimentary formations and facies,interlayer oxidation,as well as geophysical,geoG chemical and remote sensing characteristics.With the MRAS software on platform of GIS,characteristic analysis method is applied to select the perspectives and one level Ⅰ and one level Ⅱ perspective areas were predicted,and Diantou Yaoqu section and Binxian Xunyi section are finally determined as favoraG ble for uranium prospecting.关键词
