超声刀在开放性小切口甲状腺切除术中的临床应用效果评价
Evaluation on the Clinical Effect of Ultrasonic Scalpel in the Open Mini-Incision Thyroidectomy

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasonic scalpel in the open mini-incision thyroidectomy. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with thyroid tumor or tuberous thyroid treated with total lobectomy of thyroid in our hospital from 2012 to 2013 were selected. All cases were divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group received thyroidectomy with ultrasonic scalpel, while patients in the control group received conventional thyroidectomy. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The two groups had no statistical difference in postoperative drainage and greatest tumor diameter, but the observation group was superior to the control group in other indicators (P <0.05). Conclusions Ultrasonic scalpel used in the open mini-incision thyroidectomy is easy to operate, and effective to stop bleeding. It has high practical value, and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
